Technology Glitch

What do you do when your cable is out and your cell phone doesn't work in your condo? Being able to access everything all the time has the potential to make us spoiled and paralyzed when it doesn't work. What makes the cell phone inoperable in my condo luckily also makes it sound proof. I'm sure my neighbors would not appreciate the language I slung at my non functioning Internet connection Sunday evening.
